Evidence-Based Education
No false promises, empty claims, or sales funnels. Evidence-based education about the science of aging, how to measure health, and the four things that actually move the needle on longevity: lifestyle optimization, environment optimization, disease prevention, and disease treatment. That's it.
Why Test?
What gets measured gets managed.
We evaluate every longevity metric through three lenses: Does it make common sense? Do we see clinical evidence in practice? Does the research support it? If it passes all three, it's worth measuring. If not, we'll tell you that too.
The Science
There are no clinically validated longevity therapeutics at this time.
Longevity medicine is lifestyle medicine. The comfortable world we live in has allowed us to outsource our bodies and minds. This is making us weak. We must create friction and challenge in order to thrive. Environment is everything — the people, places, and mindsets you surround yourself with drive health and unhealth.

Cardiovascular disease kills 1 in 3 people worldwide. Carotid ultrasound can visualize atherosclerosis — thickening, plaques, and stenosis — making it one of the most important longevity metrics we measure.

Can how clearly you see predict how long you live? We look at visual acuity through three lenses: common sense, clinical observation, and the research literature.

The one that started it all. Why longevity matters — not just for living longer, but for making medicine better, enabling deep space travel, and increasing the value of human life.

It's Longevity, Not Lamegevity
Live your life. Occasionally break your routines and experience the full richness of being alive. Party, love, eat, drink, and stay up too late with good friends. Build communities worth living in.
Don't get so obsessed with optimizing your lifespan that you forget to actually use it. The data serves you — you don't serve the data. Climb the mountain even if your recovery metrics say you should rest.
